Two parallel tracks. Each independent of the other for the first 8 weeks; merge in weeks 9-12 when the company starts to license CATALYST to MIT new University as its anchor tenant.

Track A — ERP build

  • Lock structure proposal v1
  • Wave A1: structure_editor (read-only)
  • Wave A2: hr (faculty + staff records)
  • Wave A3: admissions (most urgent for opening)
  • Wave B1-3: academics + attendance + devices

Beyond — commercial trajectory

Realistic dates from COMMERCIALIZATION_POLICY.md §5 (source in private repo). The 2-week cohort cadence (per feedback_cohort_cadence memory) is the operational data floor — actual production stability accumulates over the months that follow.

India VPS — DigitalOcean Bangalore recommended for data residency. Postgres + gunicorn + nginx.

Phase C — Multi-tenant scale

Year 2+, 1000+ across tenants

Per-tenant cloud — separate Postgres per tenant, per-tenant encryption keys.

Decisions blocking the next move

  1. Year-1 schools — confirm Computing + Engineering, or substitute
  2. Sahajpur opening date — sets the deadline for the admissions portal
  3. Three name candidates for the ROC company-name reservation

Each is a 30-minute conversation. Until they're answered, the calendar above is precise but the dates are nominal.
